It's kind of funny how you finally get around to doing all the things that need done on your house when you are getting ready to leave it! We have lived here for almost 8 years, and as we prepare to market and sell our home, I am amazed at all the little things that are getting accomplished. Most of them got put off for no good reason...unless you count laziness! One discovery: citrus oils work really good to get sticky residue left behind on wood doors by previous owners! Add a little elbow grease (okay...maybe a LOT of elbow grease!) - and the doors look as good as new. The bonus? They smell good too!
